About the Artist
I’m Andrea Mancini—illustrator, painter, and portrait artist.
I’ve drawn all my life, but it’s human faces that have become my natural terrain: capturing likeness, expression, presence—even in a few minutes—is a challenge I embrace with care and respect each time.
Over the years, I worked in publishing, fashion, advertising, and corporate sectors—but I keep returning to live portrait drawing, where everything unfolds in real time.
During public events, ceremonies, or conventions, I blend technique and intuition to transform fleeting moments into authentic, personal—and often emotional—works of art.
Beyond traditional portraiture, I also offer live digital painting on big screens, illustrated infographics, visual scribing for corporate talks, and commissioned portraits (including large-format, traditional or digital).

1. How long does a live portrait take during an event?
Color portraits take approximately 10–15 minutes. To increase throughput, you can opt for a black & white line-only sketch.
2. Can I have both digital and paper portraits?
Yes, I offer all formats: traditional live watercolor, digital live, and post-event digital from photo.
3. Do you offer services for corporate events or conventions?
Absolutely. I tailor performances to corporate needs including live infographics, visual scribing, and pre-photo-based portraits.
4. What equipment is required to host the performance?
Traditional: well-lit space, chair. Digital: stable Wi-Fi, monitor/projector, optional printer.
5. Do you also accept portrait commissions outside of events?
Yes. Personalized, single or group portraits in watercolor, acrylic or digital, based on photo references.
